Job Description

  • Ensure new employees complete all required documents and forms in accordance

with the HR policy before confirming the employment. The required documents include

employment contract, guarantee certificate, criminal record, etc;

  • Assist Personnel Unit Manager in preparing documents for the deal with Ministry

of Labor or Department of Labor;

  • Prepare and/or renew employment contracts for new and existing employees within

timeline;

  • Prepare monthly payrolls, incentives, and other employees’ benefits in coordination

with Finance Team;

  • Prepare monthly declaration to NSSF including premium calculation worksheet and

other supporting documents;

  • Maintain the schedule for staff performance appraisal periodically and record tracking

of appraisal results;

  • Prepare decision letter on staff promotion and rotation;
  • Administer procedural compliance of all employees’ information, ensure personal

files are up to date, and employee master data is summarized correctly;

  • Coordinate with head office accountant to maintain the record of accrual budget for

bonuses, provident funds/severance fund of employees;

  • Complete reports on labor law compliance for the Inspection Department from the-
  • Ministry or Department of Labor, management, lenders and/or donors as required;
  • Assist Personnel Unit Manager in conducting employee benefits research within

the industry;

  • Carry out other tasks as may be assigned by the Personnel Unit Manager and/or HR

& Admin Manager.
