Job Description

  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents.
  • Ensure the building management team attends to all resident complaints and requirements which are to be noted.
  • Answer all building management queries and complaints from residents in a professional, and timely manner.
  • Inspect the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
  • Monitors performance of all service subcontractors, and ensures that maintenance and services are in accordance with maintenance agreements.
  • Evaluate team performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building.
  • Achieve timely management fee collections and handle all income-related issues.
  • Keep monthly expenditures within the limits of the approved budget.
  • Perform any other related property management issues and projects as and when required.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in building operation, hotel operation or property management.
  • Be able to work flexible hours
  • Very good at english Communication skill
  • Very good at customer services duties
  • Very good of relationship building
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Good at problem solving skill
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Cambodian labor law
