Job Description

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing supply requisitions; and monitoring clerical functions,
  • Oversees the AmCham bank accounts and acts as a liaison with the bank,
  • Manages the monthly budget, tracks expenditures, and oversees all aspects of management of AmCham funds. Also responsible for scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
  • Maintains petty cash and receipts.
  • Manages Administration Intern (when an intern is working for AmCham)
  • Maintains and updates the AmCham Membership Database
  • Act as Receptionist for Networking Events, Guest Speaker Events, and other events as needed; includes maintaining roster for events, receiving cash, and welcoming guests,
  • Assists in the collection of membership fees. This may require visits to member’s offices
  • Assist with the management of AmCham events
  • Maintains filing system and record keeping within the AmCham office
  • Other duties as assigned
