Job Description
- Control of the work scope
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
- Project scheduling, preparing reports as required
- Plan, organize, schedule and direct activities concern with the construction Maintenance of structure, facilities and systems
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Monitor and continually improve the effectiveness of site work activities
- Management of project administration and documentation
- Setting up and manage project team members
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate closely with other project manager for manpower and equipment’s requirements.
- Confirm & sign purchase/service orders.
- Responsible for Site expenditures.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide statues report to Director
- Location: Cambodia.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Foreigner who has worked in civil construction project in several countries
- Graduated Bachelor degree or master in Architecture, - Civil Engineer and or Construction Management.
- Above 35 year old
- At least 10 years’ experience related this field
- Organizational, project management and planning skill, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Excellent time and Strong Project Management skill & creative
- Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
- Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
- Very good command of written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus.
