Responsible for three major fields in compliance: Social, Technical/QMS/ISO and Environmental
Responsible to develop and oversee control systems to prevent and deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Organize health & safety and C-TPAT related training, responsible for company health & safety, chemical safety and fire safety.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within and outside of the company and evolve best practices in compliance control
Advise and identify the possible compliance risks for any new implementation and regulations
Work regularly with different departments to implement company policy in factory.
Revise and implement policies and procedures
Constantly conduct internal audit
Documents Control (i.e. record keeping, CAP, fill in the survey … etc.)
Ensure that the whole company's process comply with Social compliance, Quality Management systems (QMS), ISO Standards, Rules Policies, Regulations and Law. Requirements
To ensure that Audit Pre-Preparation must be conducted by Compliance before external auditors come to avoid compliance failure.
To control and monitor the Corrective Action Plans and ensure that all the Corrective Action Plans must be implemented on time and documented.
Monitor and verify the company policies and procedures to match with local labour law and address customers, audit and ISO standard requirements, Client Codes of conduct etc
Perform internal social compliance, technical/QMS ISO before official auditing by third party or the customers.
Comply with the customers auditing requirements and clarify the auditing requirements.
Take corrective action on non-compliance issue occurring and correspond to the customers
Be aware of local labour, wage, safety and environment law, client codes of conduct .
2.) Customer Audit
Lead customers’ audits EPA/CARB2/FLOORSCORE/ISO/GREENGUARD etc
Follow up with the findings from audit and work with each department for corrective actions and improvements
Prepare reports for management review
3.) 5S Management
Responsible for responsibility of 5S committee team and the daily management
Responsible for guideline on 5S and the marking scheme
Monthly 5S checking and report submission
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3 to 6 years’ experience in compliance field
